The Janet Sewing Workshop invited women from East Kent to gather for a hands-on session focused on sewing, textile skills and shared creativity. Participants worked collaboratively to explore fabric techniques while exchanging stories, experiences and cultural traditions connected to craft and clothing.

The workshop created a welcoming space for learning and conversation, strengthening community connections and contributing ideas and handmade elements toward the development of the wider Intersections cultural programme.
