SD Projects co-hosted an Open Iftar with Folkestone Islamic Cultural Centre, bringing together around 250 Muslims and non-Muslims to break the fast and connect with one another.
During Ramadan, Muslims fast from dawn until sunset as a time of reflection, generosity, and spiritual renewal, and iftar—the meal that breaks the fast each evening—is traditionally shared with family, friends, and neighbours.
This spirit of openness and community was reflected at the event, where guests gathered to share the meal together, enjoying food generously prepared by Napier Friends.
